Darker by Design - How Dead Do I Look?

This earth is much too cold and impossible to sustain
In stasis - the blood kept clotting all the time
This scourge is just a dream, tormenting me
Until light takes us, from these husks of humankind

Distilled beneath the freezing moon
My decaying carcass lies frozen in time
Lament that coffin foddered crone
I'm dying, I'm dying for my demise

What will be left of me, when I'm dead and gone
As there was nothing for me when I was alive
How beautiful these final moments when my end has come
When there's nothing human inside

Now please excuse the blood
From this slit wrist tragedy
My spirit never belonged to this life
I have dawned the black hearts
A swansong misanthropy
My carcass forever exalted in time

Painted, that ghastly ghouled grin
I heave the stench of the carrion crows
For I'm a cellist with no cello or bow
But rather razors and flesh, cutting sonatas so bold

Only one thing is eternal
No one will ever miss you
Only one thing is eternal
No one will ever miss you

Now please excuse the blood
From this slit wrist tragedy
My spirit never belonged to this life
I have dawned the black hearts
A swansong misanthropy
My carcass forever exalted in time

Now please excuse the blood
From this slit wrist tragedy
My spirit never belonged to this life
I have dawned the black hearts
A swansong misanthropy
My carcass forever exalted in time
