One Man and his Phone - Wi-Fi Woes

Woke up this morning, had my coffee brewed,
Ready to check my emails, I was in the mood,
But the Wi-Fi bars, they started to play,
One bar, two bars, then they went away!
Oh Wi-Fi, why you gotta be so cruel?
Dropping out in the middle of my Zoom school,
Buffering and lagging, driving me insane,
You're the modern-day cause of my tech pain!
Wi-Fi woes, oh no, no, no,
Can't stream my shows, can't watch my cat videos,
From the bedroom to the kitchen, signal's on the go,
Wi-Fi woes, you're my greatest foe!
Tried to watch a movie on a Friday night,
But the loading screen was the only sight,
Paused at the punchline, just before the laugh,
Now I'm stuck in the middle, like a Wi-Fi graph!
Oh Wi-Fi, you're a tricky little sprite,
Dropping connections in the middle of the night,
One minute you're here, the next you're gone,
Like a ghost in the house, messing with my phone!
Wi-Fi woes, oh no, no, no,
Can't stream my shows, can't watch my cat videos,
From the bedroom to the kitchen, signal's on the go,
Wi-Fi woes, you're my greatest foe!
I tried every trick, I moved the router 'round,
Stood on one leg, hoped for a signal sound,
Called the provider, they said, "It's just you,"
But my neighbour's Wi-Fi, oh it works like new!
So here I am, in my own little zone,
Searching for that sweet spot, like Indiana Jones,
Found it for a second, then it slipped away,
Just like my patience, at the end of the day!
Oh Wi-Fi, you techie little tease,
Connecting and dropping, like a fickle breeze,
Why can't you just stay, be my faithful friend,
Instead of leaving me hanging, right at the end?
Wi-Fi woes, oh no, no, no,
Can't stream my shows, can't watch my cat videos,
From the bedroom to the kitchen, signal's on the go,
Wi-Fi woes, you're my greatest foe!
So here's to the struggle, the daily Wi-Fi fight,
May your signal be strong, and your connection be right,
Next time it drops, I'll just take a stroll,
And hope that my Wi-Fi finds a better role
