Green lights bring him closer to the city
Red lights everywhere on his way back home
Locals of this place they will not let him
They won't let him get out of here alone
Walking through the streets of this golden city
Bright lights blinding him everywhere he goes
Stumbles into a place and ends up staying
They take his face and everything he owns
A city of glamour and dreams
But something doesn't seem quite right so
Everyone wants to leave
Now he hovers around, shaking, empty

He sees an alleyway where torches flicker
Barely lighting the unbeaten path
At the end he sees a lonely structure
Concrete weeping from a beaten past
A lack of comfort haunts the hallway as he enters
Up ahead a darkened passage to the abyss
Comes across a place he seems to remember
And finds a face he recognises that once was his
He covers his own with it
