Poetry on my mind I'm feeling like its time
Actions louder than words I'm speaking like a mime
God put me in the game I ain't thinking fame
I wanna change the people's vision fixing picture frames
The new Langston Hughes spittin' real through literature
Place your votes on P-Lae' its time to register
Yes this election God I'm Yo selection
I'm going hard like my nicknames erection
Straight textin' girl it's no sexin'
Why you pestin' I want the Lord's blessin'
Gotta do it His way, there's not ah better way
Sin is a cost girl I refuse to pay
Mold me like clay to get through Judgment Day
God I'm Yo child tell me what's the play
Day after day I'm all for Ya walk
Just to rise to heaven like ah bean stalk

That's how much you got to follow God
I don't think they got it yet
Well let me go back in
I aint done yet

I'm something like a pit bull God I'm starving
My behaviors kind of wild I hope you pardon
I'm not malnourished but I'm hungry
I'm not dehydrated but I'm thirsty
I'm not a bad dog but I'm vicious
Take the leash off God put me in the trenches
Through it all Lord Ima keep it humble
I know the strong will survive in the rumble
I tolt my bible everywhere like a gat now
Demons start acting crazy they'll be flat down
I never been a killer but I know gorillas
The beast loose time to kill make a chinchilla
The Lord gave me hot coals to barbecue my foe
I don't eat with amateurs I cook with the pros
While there were busy flossin' and eating their plate up
I was busy gridin' and getting my weight up

That's how much you got to follow God.
That's how much you gotta seek Him.
Its not a one time thing
But can I go back in
It's just one more thang

No sleep cause time ain't cheap
Savng souls cause wolves among sheep
I'm so focus you'll need more than hocus pocus
The boondocks will even know me Uncle Ruckus
I'm not ah cartoon nor ah tycoon
But I'm gonna sweep the game like ah golden broom
I'm so ready my mind is so steady
I cast my burdens on the Lord so I ain't walking heavy

That's how much you got to follow God
See when silence fall
You hear the truth
And the truth is we got to seek God everyday
