Gumbal - Wonder and Wonder

Lost in tongues, we spread our lores
Our creations skipped that section where we crawled
On all fours
They swear, I swear, we swear to forces
Unseen by eyes, it trickles down our throats
So, you've heard the word, the herd slurred down to you

In this landscape you will lose
A tiny part of you
That towers above the world

What cultures must have thrived
In a place where an absence reigns
In Toricellian waste

Surely there must be a worm around?
What joy could nothing provide?

Lifelessness, incontinence
Beings of full sentience
Yet, they burn

As we try standing here, twisting
Being nowhere near the scene of crime
We watch them burn
Oh, how they burn

Stare in wonder
Stare in awe
Forever underneath the (Law)
