William Nein - Everdon

Everything was peaceful in Everdon
Talking to the chicken in Everdon
Eating mushrooms
No heat in our rooms

Twisting ankles, run in fields in the morning
Arguing with takeaway men some evenings
Shivering showers
Smoking flowers
Sunstroke drinking
Mattress sinking

Don't be sad fungi was had in Everdon
We took the weed and spread the seed in the garden
And flowers will grow
The wind will still blow
The lambs will still baaaa
By the water
