Cpt. Cooper roams the streets at night
Looking for somebody to save
But Mr. Sticky warned him slow down man
You're bound to get in your own way

Then the captain heard the night cry out
He ran for the suit and cape
Equipped with a first aid kit
And 9 oz. of bear mace

Captain went out to find the people dancing and singing
And his attempts to stop them did not appear to be working
For once the people saw the captain for what he is
A little kid
Who thinks he's the only man for the job
