He was always with me, and He'd always protect me

But He showed me amazing grace despite all my revelry

God had a plan for my life, but I was blinded for most of it
No one's fault but myself, temptation I could never say no to it

Every time I tried to quit, would make an excuse why I should
Then one day someone shared with me, Matthew 16:24
All my years going to church, I never heard that verse before
And after that conviction really started growing inside
Quit everything that I was doin' and I gave up my life
