Googling yoga poses so I can stretch right

To prepare for the weeks of progress ahead
Next to prove it's not just a fluke
Write and rehearsing rifts on the guitar and uke
On the path to growth and success
Had to take a couple steps back and regress
Remove myself from the stress
Pause to breathe and assess
Getting out of my head

And not thinking they'll measure
And those that's always tested
