For my son Jerahn Anthony Thomas
He has always been and still is
Quite a visionary
And quite ambitious
He loves to collect things
He loves to collect
the 33 rpm vinyl records
Uh he's a officiando of great music
He loves a variety of genres of music
From classical to rock to country and western
And everything in between
But he listens
with quite an eclectic taste for music
Um and he's like me when it comes to that
He's like his dad
And so I do like a lot of great music
But Jerahn takes it to another level
Um I look forward to him becoming a star
If not in the entire world
But on his platform
You don't have to be a global star to be a star
You can be a star
Right there on your platform
In Houston
I am very proud of Jerahn Thomas
Very proud to have him as a son
I'm very proud of him as a man
And I love him
And he's just a good son
Um loving, caring person
Almost to a fault
And so I look forward to him
Becoming not only great
But I'm one day gonna hear him
Stop talking about himself
And hear other peoples talking about him
In a positive sense
