Rock While Rome Burns - Everything's Falling Apart

Dark clouds forming in the sky. and promises keep getting broke.
And you will speak when you're spoken to, your poet's license is revoked
There's a cry across the land as the bad times come on in
And in the distance I hear a call, I can't let under my skin because...

Everything's falling apart, everything's falling apart,
Ain't nowhere to run and nowhere to hide, everything's falling apart?

People hiding in their shell, go through life as if they're dead,
On the surface everything seems fine, but they can't shake this nagging dread
There's an ill wind about to blow, I tell you folks this ain't no joke.

We can act like everything's OK but the whole damn thing's about to blow!
Well my phone is bugged and my Momma got mugged, There's too many people cryin'
And the police houndin' and my heart is poundin' and there's too many brothers dyin' And we're ALL in pain, And it looks like rain,
And for everybody everywhere it's all the same...
.
Everything's Falling Apart
Too many people cryin' to be free, entirely too much repression,
That may change but one thing's for sure, it gets worse before it gets better!
Everybody's get their private hell, ain't need to be ashamed.
Just come on oat of that little shell, together we can make the change, or else...
