3rd Grade Perspective - Craftsman (feat. Dj Soulbuck)

I offer you a
Collection of my basic writings
Extracted from my notebook you're cordially invited
Took a page from Carl Jung, Carl's son
Emerged with understanding received from the depths
Of where your dreams lurk
We started as Rob's boys who made noise
Left the home with more than toys, I stand poised
Handling my offspring focused and clear
Gathered scars that added greys to my hair
Methodical madness
Moments be tragic
The air provides the reason to continue and pass it
Time be an illusion I continue to master
Results give proof
It's tangibility's captured
You recognize with trial and error
Difference between a failure and elements that ignited direction
[This] current space is a blessing
Strange to be labeled insane when the brain [is] hardly explored
I implore you to change

A Craftsmen, [you] see I dabble in thangs
[Your] unaware of them lanes, trapped in habitual terrains
[I] aim further than the mass media could explain
The information super highway still struggles to restrain
Word to Ruha Benjamin, the New Jim Code
Catch a glimpse of my tone, [the] entire spectrum [will] explode
Better yet [you will] be exposed I hope they pay attention
A perfect time for them deaf ears to sit and listen
Too many years spent digging to see just how they [are] winning
[I'm] shocked by what you call normal in this place we [are] living
Your choreography's a manifested stage show
Artificial views that's paid for, [yet] remain poor
Thought avoiding dues would save folks, but fail to keep a grip on your reality's shameful
