The Peladeau Project Band - The Rock Museum (feat. Glen Peladeau)

If my memory serves me right
I've been a rock n roller since I was ten
We've seen the music come and go and we never had nothing like rock n roll
Now come along into my dream, I'll take you into the living rock n roll museum

Right through the door I'm going to introduce you to the floor.
We've got Dwayne Eddie on the left, Chuck Berry on the right
You can talk with Dwayne on his break and shake Chuck's hand at the end of the night.
We have Ricky Nelson on acoustic he filled in for Elvis while he served in Germany

We don't have much time here but if you want to travel down
Of what we call the heavens club hallway.
Now we have pictures on the left and busts on the right
Only go through open doors or you might cause a fight.
Jim Morrison is writing poems and Reverend Gary Davis is singing hymms
So be quite if you're anywhere near them.

So thanks for coming to the rock, the rock and roll museum
It's just a dream, a glimpse into heaven's rock and roll museum
So when you wake up don't forget the rock, the rock and roll museum
So before you go you have to meet Mr Petty at the rock and roll museum

Here we go!

Now who else would you like to see?
Maybe John Lennon, Jimmy Hendrix or Elvis Presley?
They may or may not be around, you never know who's gonna be jamming at the
Heavens club hallway in our dream at the rock, the rock and roll, the rock roll museum.

Well that's it for now, our dream is over
It was a pleasure to see the
Rock n roll Museum
We've seen some pioneers, we've talked to the legions.
We'll have to dream again to see the Rock n roll Museum.
