Across the Sea - A Journey Through Fantasia

A brand new light is dawning
The day a repeat of those before
Wondering what I'm supposed to do
All I do is crave a new dawn

Secluded from freedom
Never allowed to roam or stray
All hope is gone without a trace
Always obeyed the master
However it's time to take control
Just can't gamble with my soul

Let's be rid of the unfulfilled wishes
By tomorrow I shall be gone
I will await the break of dawn
Now in the forbidden forest
It's strange as I'm welcomed in the door
No not afraid anymore

Surrounded by bountiful flowers
The trees up above like castles so tall
Waiting upon a wishing well
Silence breaks, I turn to glimpse
A handsome stranger coming nearer
Who is this approaching by the river?

Am I in danger in the woodlands?
A wild thief; barging, stealing, tearing lives apart
Would he steal my money or my heart?
Could he be a white knight?
Courageous with the sword he wields
Protecting his people with a golden shield

Defying wickedness every turn
Fighting till evil's undone
Or is he a prince riding through the sun?
Devoted to finding a maiden a far
Curious enough for me to emerge
If he had seen something in me or sees me as cursed?

If it's a man dealing magic
Spells that fly from the sorcerer
The wonderful wizard will let me
Become my own master
Turning tricks into potions
Intent for good yet power is strong
Awaken all sorts of madness
How could I prolong this fairytale?
Many adventures; thrilling, constant, and true
Enchanted this forest
Illusions will inspire you too
Enchanted

As for me I'm with you
Feel like I'm floating on air
Together here for evermore
Riding through the sunset

A brand new light is dawning
The day a repeat of those before
Wondering what I'm supposed to do
Was I dreaming or is it dawn?
