T. Hayes - Act 5: Bodhi

The haunted blackbird is stationed motionless at the edge of a cliff
All that circulates in his head are the evils
And feels something for the first time that he's never felt before... guilt
He tries to remember things his mother tried to teach him
When he was younger about living the values a mockingbird
How to spread happy innocence and positive energy
He would always zone out these teachings he felt too superior for child like nonsense
He was ready to join the ranks
And fight wars to defend the village
And when he'd come home there'd be nothing but food, praise, and young birds to his pleasing
But then it hits him
His home, his home is where it all started
He abandoned the throne because he was too impatient and arrogant to bear the crown
So he decides to go back to his origins in order begin his new life
In his true form and right his wrongs
He finally realizes
It took him his whole life but he sees it now
