C∆IRNS - Xox Mpls Frvr

I used to love this city
It was all love but sadly enough
It seems now that all my friends are just somebody’s enemy
All these are kids stuck on insecurity
Certainly I am not free from blame we’re all the same honey
We used to love each other
We used to plug each other’s local events
But we’re just so scared
That someone might injure us
I remember all of us were happy but we all were hurt so badly in the end
If I weren’t such a narcissist I’d say this to your face
Even if we never kick it I still think you’re pretty great
I’ve always thought that you were wicked
But you harbor so much pain
I am disturbed by all the people you regard with such disdain
I swear every time we’re out in public
We see someone that you don’t fuck with
Though your scrapes and wounds are valid
To make justice out of judgement
Doesn’t lessen the concussion
In fact it only further bludgeons you, half to death
I used to love this city
(I think we can make it)
