Lu Alex - Seizy

Uh
Uh

You can call me crazy, but you just don't understand what it's like
To be misunderstood when you don't understand
And I wish that things were simple, but that's not reality
Only way to really see it is to see before you see

I used to pray that God kill me, that's a different type of prayer, yo
Me and my demons playing tug of war, and they ain't playing fair, yo
And as long as I'm alive, they ain't going nowhere
Crazy thing about it all, is I ain't never been scared

I ain't never been scared

I used to pray that God kill me, that's a different type of prayer, yo
Me and my demons playing tug of war, and they ain't playing fair, yo
And as long as I'm alive, they ain't going nowhere
Crazy thing about it all, is I ain't never been scared

I ain't never been scared
Homie what you know about it?

I was 18 with the team, was a fiend for the dream
Didn't care about the green
All I wanted was to make it come true
I was doing everything I thought I had to do
We was working hard all night, wasn't feeling quite right
So I figured I would get a bite to eat
Then, me and the homie started walking down the street
I was feeling dizzy when I stood up on my feet
We just brushed it off, and said I probably need some sleep
As we proceed
To walk to the cafe
Once we walk in, I feel like I had a bad day
I tell my boy that I ain't never felt this way
By the time he turned around I was on the ground
I looked at my arms, they was flying all around
Cops walked in, they told him to hold me down
Thinking I was tweaking, they was scared to touch me now
I was wide awake, someone get an ambulance
I had no control, they put cuffs up on my hands
I remember shaking with my hands behind my back
Ever since that day I still be having flashbacks
I was in the hospital, stuck for a week
My head was attached to an EEG
Doctors tried to find electrical activity
Non-epileptic seizures can be difficult to treat
They saw that's what I had and told me that I had to leave
The best that I could do is prolly go and get some sleep
There ain't a medicine that can take these seizures from me
No wonder why I turned to all the pills and the weed
I'm so misunderstood, but I hate to explain
Most people can't relate to this strange type of pain
Every single day there's a war in my brain
Ever since that day, things have never been the same

I used to pray that God kill me, that's a different type of prayer, yo
Me and my demons playing tug of war, and they ain't playing fair, yo
And as long as I'm alive, they ain't going nowhere
Crazy thing about it all, is I ain't never been scared

I ain't never been scared

I used to pray that God kill me, that's a different type of prayer, yo
Me and my demons playing tug of war, and they ain't playing fair, yo
And as long as I'm alive, they ain't going nowhere
Crazy thing about it all, is I ain't never been scared

I ain't never been scared
Homie, what you know about it?

You can call me crazy, but you just don't understand what it's like
To be misunderstood when you don't understand

Homie, what you know about it?

And I wish that things were simple, but that's not reality
Only way to really see it is to see before you see

Homie, what you know about it?

You can call me crazy, but you just don't understand what it's like
To be misunderstood when you don't understand

Homie, what you know about it?

And I wish that things were simple, but that's not reality
Only way to really see it is to see before you see

"I ain't like nobody else
You know how far I've come?
And it seems like I did it on my own sometimes
Cause there were some things that I had to go through
That nobody could go through with me
Nobody else
I was the one had to get through it
They was on the sidelines showing support
But I was the one had to get through it
But I'm here, and I'mma keep going, and I ain't never gone stop
And that's always been me
I don't ever stop
That's how I got to where I'm at
That's how I'mma get to where I'm going
Period"
