Dead Girlfriends - Coffee Table

Stalked
Talked over and bought
Cause she says she likes the font
Well who cares what it costs

Who cares what I taught
He might just carve me up, make a box
For all these words will be lost
My life's a dot dot dot

I need a break
Staring at the end from the beginning
My cover mostly blank made to be unappealing
Coffee table trophy made from three grade card-stock
Just walls and walls of text and thought, but no one wants to pick me up

You could read into me for a minute
Before you get bored and want to call it quits
I get that yer offended, babe, I wear the ink I'm penned in
I just rewrite and type, but I won't take suggestions

I'm trash, just throw me away
I'm dead, dead words on a page
I'm broke, can't earn a wage
I'll starve for all the things I say

I'm triple bound scribbles and scraps
No coherent lines, no researched facts
And a title page full of wasted space
Who would print this mess? I should be erased
