I Told You So - Cumulonimbus

I'm trying to write my ideas to words
And I can read your mind 'cause you are my world
To crowded to cry
But I couldn't hold these tears anymore

You bid your goodbye with courage to speak
Replayed in my mind and I couldn't sleep
I should be as strong as you
But I couldn't keep these tears anymore

I was looking for sunshine but I got rain
I was looking for love but I got pain

Saying goodbye is never good
Farewell is not even fair
You'll tell me "Till then"
I'll tell you "Till when, I'll wait for you again"
I'll wait until forever
And when forever ends, I'll wait again

I'm trying to write my conclusion to poems
But I can't read your mind 'cause you are not home
You are my shelter
But there are no rooms for these tears anymore

These roses are watered with teardrops of mine
Blooming so tender like scarlet and wine
And even the cumulonimbus can't handle these tears anymore

I was looking for sunshine but I got rain
I was looking for love but I got pain
And there you are, right as rain
But here I am again
Dealing with this pain
That I cannot restrain

Saying goodbye is never good
Farewell is not even fair
You'll tell me "Till then"
I'll tell you "Till when, I'll wait for you again"
I'll wait until forever
And when forever ends, I'll wait again
