Our social landscape is pure insanity
Egotistic, disconnected vanity
Racism, sexism, exploiting
Of Black & Brown People’s
From their bodies to their labor
For Liberty, our self love & trust’s
A healthy wager, bet on Black
Matter fact …
We can leave that whole identity alone
Since it serves as a way to disconnect
from our journey home
Never let ‘em see you sweat
You stand on the backs of giants
A Godly alliance
To put the trauma to an end

To change history
