So I pulled out my latter and I climbed on that
Took four steps forward fell three steps back
Finally at the top they tried to send me back
And they mad cause I’m sitting here spitting these facts
It’s the realization of what I’m facing
Got me walking back and forth sweating and pacing
I hate waiting but I gotta be patient
They stay hating they wanna see me complacent
They trying to keep my ideas locked in the basement
My minds racing and ion think I can take it
You know low self-esteem comes from the pressures of the world
It's like society has a bar a standard that everybody tries to reach
But in reality everybody can't get in you feel me?
I was stressed and depressed ain’t have nothing left
I felt lost in my life I ain’t know what was next
My life so foul ref will call it tech
And if life is a test then I had an F
Had to put it in my music get it off my chest
I got my own battles I can’t help the rest
Had to overcome my trials I was hurt for a while
I self analyzed and I’m confident now
I was feeling down and I tried to hide it
Got to know myself I’m re-united
The darkness inside me, I had to fight it
And I was convinced I ain’t have no help
It only made it worse I didn’t care about my health
I ain’t care about my goals I didn’t care about myself
But I push through it if I could do it, then you can do it too
Now I’m living my dreams, you know what I mean ugh
And when that bar is set in place that's when depression sets in
Because you have a thought process that puts you in a state of sadness, defeat
Because you can't reach that bar, man it's serious
I mean people actually want to commit suicide
Take they life because there is a system set in place
Where you have the producer, and the consumer
And the system set up to where the consumer never gets there
