Everyone wants to be happy but they don't know where to start

But sadness and sorrow will not be so bad, thanks to them we grow inside
Sometimes just changing our point of view will make us see what's behind
Frustration and anger will just go away when we appreciate things as they are

Learning to see it wherever we go is something that's worth our while
