As a kid I was going through some things
Depression had a grip on my life
I told Everyone I would be okay
But deep down I was losing feeling
Didn't want to be here on Earth no more
People said I was lame and I'd die alone
But honestly that just made me grow more
Used to try to fit in at school oh boy
Now I'm here
And it's clear
I was made for my purpose here
I will sing my lungs off until I can't no more
Then I'll praise the lord and tell him I'm yours
