So I'm about to open up some deep truth
Accepting that i have no father wasn't really smooth
Even though i have a step dad but a part of me was bruised
I think that really meant that blood will never get confused
As i moved
I lost my granny it was fucken cancer
Put my hands together and i pray cause i need the answers
I noticed that the problem was I'm praying with the anger
Ever since my granny died I'm just having low standards
So I'm going for some therapy and I guess it wasnt working
My daddy left me young he never made it to age thirty
He died when I was two months that's when my eyes were still blurry
So I dont know his face cause he left when it was early

Growing up with momma was a struggle
To see her pushing hard for my future to never stumble
Growing up with my momma taught me to always be humble
My momma told me never compare yourself with the kids
Remember getting shy when my momma gave me a kiss
Gave me a kiss
I was just a kid
But I realised that I'm grateful for what she did
She gave me all the love and I thank you for all the things
Felt like a king above from all the kings
I was a kid who never thought of this
I was a kid who never had to diss
But now I'm back and my name is on the list
