Almighty God, creator of the world
We humbly come to you, praying for your protection
Our world is afflicted and affected by coronavirus
And many are suffering and dying
Lord, we ask that You send a cure and keep
This infectious coronavirus from spreading around the world
You alone can save us oh Lord, we have faith in You our God almighty
Dear Jesus, when you were on earth
You were healing people of all ages, from physical, mental, and spiritual ailments

God of mercy and compassion, look with pity upon me
Father let me call Thee Father 'tis this child returns to Thee
Jesus Lord, I ask for mercy, let me not implore in vain
All my sins I now detest them, never will I sin again

You made the blind to see, you healed diseases and sicknesses
You raised the dead. Oh Jesus, you are the healer of all
Be present now to people who need your loving touch because of COVID-19
Oh Lord, come and be by our side in this time of uncertainty and sorrow
Come to our aid now, with your healing power and save us from the impact of this virus
Oh Lord, heal those who are sick with this virus

God of mercy and compassion, look with pity upon me

May they regain their strength and health
Grant eternal rest to those who have died from the virus
May they know your peace

Defend these families from despair
Oh Lord, the battle for a cure for the coronavirus continues
Yet the virus continues to spread
We pray for Your grace for the people
Who are earnestly working and searching for a cure
Guide the hands and minds of medical experts
That they may minister to the sick with competence and compassion
