This is a story about a strange, strange creature
It's called a homo sapien
And it's story is filled with heights
And many, many lows
Somewhere long ago
A primate stood up
Now on 2 legs
Ready to conquer the world
It invented many things
A knife, a spear, bow and arrow
Now gathered it's meal
Fire it creates
But it grew tired of hunting
Of prey running away
So it made a farm
And a house to stay in

Being as clever as it was
Many questions it still had
Why are we here
Why can't sheep fly
It made up an answer
A lie to make belief
There must be a devine
Harold be his name
But it's fellow apes
Did not believe him
So he made a promise
Enjoy the heavens or burn in hell
This one gave him might
A messiah was born
He chose his disciples
All hail the monkey king

But it wasn't long until man stood up against his reign
And the old primate had to make another plan
It thought all the night 'till finally came the light
This is the solution, it invented war
Once a pioneer and now a cruel beast
Gone with all the pleasure, weapons are it's needs
To oppress it's subjects is it's only dream
Give them mass destruction, bring them to their knees
