MakeWar - On Feelings

I once had an emotion,
straight punch to the chest
forcing it to fail.

It Regarded somebody,
with silly promises
bouncing in my head.

And I said
Enough is enough
while puking out the feelings.

Now weak and emotionless
dragged down by the bed
of someone else’s faith.

But drinking with my buddies
helped me understand
that it will be ok

and I say
Truth to be told
I don’t remember anything
anymore

Raging erased you.
Falling upwards seems
to be the cure of this.
Thinning down the blood
Having all the fun
it’s all that matters.

And Truth to be told
I don’t remember anything
anymore

Raging erased you.
Falling upwards seems
to be the cure of this.
Thinning down the blood
Having all the fun
it’s all that matters.

Laughing at the past
While holding someone else’s hand
I’m taking back what was
mine.

Raging erased you.
Falling upwards seems
to be the cure of this.
Thinning down the blood
Having all the fun
it’s all that matters.
