Free Radio - Talking To Strangers

Last night somebody told me
That I should make a song that makes them feel like they're dreaming
And someone else said I should write a happy song that makes them
Want to talk to strangers and fall in love for the night
And someone else said that rock was dead and I'll never make any money
And Jesus said "if he sleeps he will get better" (John 11:11)
But that just doesn't seem right

When we talk about the weather
Can we talk about the way Mike does her hair?

Well the first one said that
"The key should be in D and the D would stand for dreaming"
And then next one said "make it fun and fresh"
So we raised a minor seventh
And the third bloke wrote the next few jokes that said
"Jesus never wrote any of his own songs"
And the fourth one spoke from out the walls that says "Be nice to your neighbor"

When we talk, talk to strangers
We can talk, talk for hours
When we talk, talk to strangers
Can't we talk about the way I've done my hair?

(Talk, talk, say my words)
(Talk, talk, talk it off)

Anyone? Anyone?

(Talk, talk, say my words)
(Talk, talk, talk it off)
