There are things that I do well
I know this to be true
I have labored long and hard

If I get any smarter, I won't know shit

What I thought I knew was proven true
I'd have a solid dime

So I've become resigned
To shrug and shake my head
Just try to keep my mouth shut
And an open mind instead

So doubts been my companion
