George Murphy - Jack the Ripper

1888 it is not safe to be a woman
On the dark and dreary streets
Of Whitechapel London
Because stalking those streets
Is a murderous figure
Better known by police as
Leather apron or jack the ripper

The night was getting dark
Suzy Bell began to shiver
She was all alone
Down by the river
She was a good time chorus girl
And she danced with a golden slipper
But now she's dancing in hell coz she met jack the ripper

Oh man tell me man who's this famous jack the ripper
Who'll cut ya from head to toe
And then sling you in the river
With a blood stained butchers knife
He will cut you up like a kipper
You'll be gone surely gone
If you meet jack the ripper

Some say he's 6 feet tall
Some say he's even bigger
With and eye in the back of his head
In a top hat and a slicker
Well no one seems to know yet like a jelly they all shiver
When they hear the name of
the famous jack the ripper

So when the sun goes down
Be sure that you are sleeping
For just like mack the knife
Round the corner he is creeping
And if ya bump into him
He will cut out your liver
So take good care my friends
I AM JACK THE RIPPER
