Enoch 7th Prophet - 12:35 (SunSet)

A moment in time, 1225, jumped out the uber ride
Folks standing outside my mom's apartment tried to run inside
Stopped by the police, couldn't go inside
Feeling the loss, I cried, knew deep down inside

Time expired, 1235 pronounced, officer replied
Minutes stood still, her life flashed before my eyes
She knew this day was coming, it took us by surprise
Never knew her last breath would be that morning

Now we standing over her physical mourning
Baby sis losing it, that's not grandmama
Yeah that is the physical, her spiritual's ancestor
It's hard to paint a visual, a few days later be planning a funeral

Arriving at the burial, saying our last goodbyes
1055, the hearse, with an open, real strange
We streaming live, for those that couldn't make it
A tear fell from my eyes, we felt the love

10 people or less, the minister said she don't have to wear a mask no more
Then I spaced out, looking at the casket with numbed emotions
Ain't no magical potions to make you heal faster
She told us to stick together, no matter the weather

Look out for each other, a rose is still a rose
At 1235 pronounced, officer replied
Minutes stood still, her life flashed before my eyes
Her life flashed before my eyes

A minute stood still
