Bleed From Within - A Depth That No One Dares

Gasping for air. Beyond my control. I have witnessed the cost of the curse we dragged below. A mask to disguise the face inside, and silence a restless mind. I’m fighting a war that no one can see, But I will not accept defeat. Gravity weighs so heavy I am shattering. But the pieces are a part of me. Set me free. Pushing down, this burden we bear. A depth that no one dares. The eyes still reflect the pain that we hide. But the exits are never there. Now the curse starts to breed inside. When your thoughts become so richly dark, the wreckage will leave it’s mark. Still fighting a war that no one can win, but we cannot let it in. All the light we cannot see, it lies within. Gravity weighs so heavy I am shattering. But the pieces are a part of me. Set me free. Pushing down, this burden we bear. A depth that no one dares. To fall is to find your way. We don’t stand a chance If we cannot see a reason to live, a reason to believe. I will not let this consume me. I draw my eyes to the fire. Digging into flesh to find what lies within. All the light we cannot see. We cannot let it in, we will not let it win. Rip off the layers and rebuild. I will not fail to offer something that is real. Let it in. Push down this burden you bear, Over and over again. I finally embrace the hands of death. A depth that no one dares to descend. Let it in.
