So you really gon tell these ppl what broke you?
How they gon look at you?
How you gon feel when they look at you the way that they look at you?
Like
If you keep telling them all your weaknesses
They gon know just where to attack
You keep putting yourself out there
You keep getting your heart broken
You keep showing these ppl that you’re vulnerable
They don’t appreciate that
They take your kindness for weakness
Why you gon keep showing it?
Why you keep showing these people your broken pieces?
Why you keep putting your heart on the table?
Why you keep doing that?
I still don’t understand
If they think you soft they gon try you
Not everybody gon remember where you came from
They just gon remember who you show them you are now
You show them you soft
You show them you gotta soft side
They gon play on that
Why would you even put yourself through it?

But what if Im not on my own though?
But what if God let me go through these things so that I can help somebody else?
I don’t care about these ppl, I don’t care about them thinking that I’m soft
If that’s what they think  
If that’s what they feel so be it
I know what my life like
I know what I’ve been through
I know what I did
Im not worried about what they thinking
But
Im tryna change the world tho
Im tryna let my experiences help somebody
It’s a little girl out there
From the time I was a kid I always said that if I make music and when I make music that I didn’t wanna do it for the fame
I said this from when I was a child that
I said if I could help one person
One person feel like they’re not alone
Then I did my job
So
It’s not about that
I’m human  
We all human
I bleed just like you bleed
But
The difference is I don’t fear these situations
I don’t fear these circumstances cause
I made it through
I’d be doing myself an indecency
I’d be doing the world a disservice if I don’t share my story
Because what if its somebody that feel like they bout to quit
What if they bout to give they life up
Cause they think they alone
And they don’t realize that its somebody else
They don’t realize that’s IT’S ME
That I been there
They don’t realize that I came out on the other side
I mean everybody gon go through a storm
Ima still have a storm

They gotta remember

It’s still sunshine
So what I graduated from
It might be able to help them out
I gotta do it
