I took girl out once for a date
I put on my only suit that is coloured blue

We finished dinner
But on that day, sight of our duo made all the single eyes roll in chicken republic
Played music in my ford, cranked the volume up like we were in listen republic
Sang along to our favourite songs stopped on a bridge took a minute to kiss in public
Then she brings out this note reads and hands it to me
