You know my confidence used to be so tied to
What other people were gonna say about me
And this idea of, of being embarrassed

Pain, and trauma, and especially shame

I no longer feel like it has a home here
We are constantly evolving
We get a chance to reinvent ourselves every minute of the day
And I think that's just really special
The more that I focus on myself
The more energy and the more love
And the more abundance

That I put in, to myself
That ultimately is going to bring me the things that are in my alignment

I don't have to do anything else

I just feel so grateful for the opportunity to learn
To grow, to shift
And to be held in love while I do so

To align myself with the best version of me
