Sea of Shadows - Dark Waters

A great ship
A galleon
A dead man tied to the hull
The sails
Worn and ragged
Cannot fight the tidal pull
And so the captain's men are
Doomed to die
They pray
They cry
But it's not long before they're choking
They are
Capsized!
Dead men
Floating lifeless
Broken bodies on the waves
Shadows
On the ocean
The sea is now a field of graves
They've stained the ocean red with
Tears they shed
And blood they bled
Soon they will start decomposing
Just to leave bones behind
Drowning in Dark Waters
Sinking in our sins
We'll drown in Dark Waters
The tides will swallow us
Unless we
Learn to swim
Capsized by life
I hear you screaming
As the tides
Pull you away
Lungs liquefied
I sense your fear
We know that
It's the end of days
Drowning in Dark Waters
Sinking in our sins
We'll drown in Dark Waters
The tides will swallow us
Unless we
Learn to swim
Now hold your breath
We're going under
Two lone survivors
Of a storm of
Rain and thunder
Stranded in the dark
Trying not to
Drown until the tide comes in and
Forces you deeper down
...Drowning...
...Sinking...
...Drowning...
...Sinking...
Drowning
...Drowning...
...Sinking...
...Drowning...
...Sinking...
I feel the water fill my lungs
I only wanted to
Breathe!
Suffocating underwater
Where no-one hears me scream
Wake up!
Someone help me, please!
Drowning in Dark Waters
Sinking in our sins
We'll drown in Dark Waters
The tides will swallow us
Unless we
Learn to swim
