Keynote Speakerz & Master Surreal & Skiggy Rapz - Find Myself

On my way to find myself again
On my way to find myself again
On my way to find myself again
I have come a long, long way from home to see…
I find myself in a spot that I'm not tryin' to be in
Broke, getting drunk and not just in the weekend
No lady at home to talk to or freak with
Peoples on my phone that I don't wanna speak with
I'm reachin' for the sky to get past these limits
While I'm tryin' to tell the youth their potential's infinite
Paint a better future position myself in it
Here right now I could be gone in a minute
Are we born sinners or innocence corrupted
Are we looking for the genie in the lamp after we rubbed it
At first I only looked inside myself to find the truth
But I realize that I should also seek it in you
Ain't nothing new, just sad faces in this rat race
I'm trying to break these walls down to get out of this glass cage
My bond with God really ain't that strong
So, I pray to Marvin Gaye and ask him what's going on?
On my way to find myself again
On my way to find myself again
On my way to find myself again
I have come a long, long way from home to see…
I'm not particularly a political rapper
Mostly I'm oblivious to national matters
Let alone across borders where the war's all over
But would it be the same if leaders also had to be soldiers
I'm just lucky that I'm living here
And I don't fear any terrorist attempt, what's the fuzz man?
But can't stand people here getting ignorant
When they still shocked by cultures
That already for decades have been here
But just don't fit the description of what they think are traditional citizens
And I ain't even talkin' 'bout United States
We got a unity here we need to set straight
And people wonder why it's hard to reach the Youth
Tryin' to blow the wind out the trees that's why they miss the roots
I find myself in a position where I can't do
Anymore then just hoping that I will find you
On my way to find myself again
On my way to find myself again
On my way to find myself again
I have come a long, long way from home to see…
And now we talkin' bout conflict diamonds, ain't it funny?
Since the whole world revolves around conflict money
10% monopolize, profiting from war
Steady taking innocent lives and what for?
I'd like to lead the revolution be a freedom fighter
But all I really am is a musician and a writer
Tryin' to right wrongs big and small, we should all
Start with ourselves, then unite for the goal
Word! Everybody's responsible for their own actions
So if you're victim of a system doesn't mean you can't help it
But lots of people bust they ass for a handful of cash
No wonder that they tired and mad
When getting hired and fired just as fast
Kept away from the book that tells the story of success
Me? I read a couple of pages and plus between the lines
There lies a whole different story but together it's my storyline
On my way to find myself again
On my way to find myself again
On my way to find myself again
I have come a long, long way from home to see…
