Would it create more chaos than we already have
Certainly not—between Covid-19 and white cops bad
But the answer to both is actually the same
And I'm not diminishing pain when this I say

Trust in Jesus Christ for eternal life
Trust in Christ during Covid-19
Cuz even though it's deadly and it's messed up routines
God's in control and He's got this—you see
And His love is stronger than Valjean's for Fantine
Trust in Christ despite all the racial tension
Racism included when Christ bought redemption
And if we're in Him then it should be our intention
To promote love and peace and to hate segregation

What a year this 20-20 has been
I already touched on two topics that are pressin
But what about a third?--the world is burnin
Down Under January—West Coast in September
This as well should get our attention—cause us to pause
Reflect on all the things we do to replace God
Cuz everything this year is a wake-up call to all
2 Peter (3:10-12) says fire will consume—no ark, y'all
Cuz God promised not to destroy the earth with water
But fire is a different matter—so whether you're a father,
Mother, husband, wife, friend, or son or daughter
You need to trust Christ to avoid the coming slaughter
Isaiah 63—when Christ returns sinners die
And it will be gruesome and bloody and fu-ti
Ul to resist—so trust Him now in this time of Babel
And don't resist Him like foolish, dumb cattle (Psalm 32:9)

Label me insane like a bug's in my brain
But I touched on that last year—call me crazy
I'm here to spit the truth—rappin' for revival
That'll only be achieved if we toss out our idols
Which means throwing out CNN, (Twitter) Youtube, Fox
Daily Wire, BBC, NBC, and even Christian blogs (gospel coalition)
If you look to them more than you look to God's Word
You're an idolater listening to false prophets—have you heard
"Covid numbers are on the rise—be afraid, be afraid!"
"Covid numbers are a lie—conspiracy, be afraid!"
But the Bible repeatedly calls us to trust God and fear not
Which is why we meeting every Sunday even if we get caught
Cuz the Bible says, "Don't stop meeting if you Christian" (Hebrews 10:25)
Tares will prove themselves not wheat when pressure's pressin
So I beg you again—place your faith in Jesus Christ
He died and rose so you needn't fear the day you die
