Jamil Suleman - Judgements

Judgments, Judgments, Judgments, Judgments, They're all
Judgments, Judgments, Judgments, Judgments, They're all
Judgments, Judgments, Judgments, Judgments, They're all
Judgments, Judgments, Judgments, Judgments, They're all

Started off with Adam Eve, ate the Apple from the Tree
Fell from grace, sow the seed, di-vi-ded reality
Now everywhere I go, I put Life up in a box
Limited my perspective, living it by directive
That was decided at a very young age
And was conditioned by the Government to keep me afraid
Until I realized the President's getting paid
And we were all lined up to be consumerist slaves
And yet I grew up in the Belly of the Beast
Suburban nightmare full of scavengers and freaks
My Family deluded by self-limiting beliefs
Had me associating mad hate with the Police
Check it out, in college had me fighting back with Marches and picket signs
Until I realized it was just a choice in my Mind
You see my Judgments created the condition
For them to make a similar decision, if you FEEL me just listen

It's all Judgments, Judgments, Judgments, Judgments, They're all
Judgments - black, Judgments - White
Judgments - wrong, Judgments - Right

Judgments - Rich, Judgments - poor
Judgments - less, Judgments - More
Judgments - Us, Judgments - them
Judgments - Enemies, Judgments - friend
Everywhere that I go-o-o-oo-oo-oo-oo
Everyone that I see-e-e-ee-ee-ee
I Judge them, like they are differen-n-nn-nn-nn-nt
While in the End, they're a reflection of Me-e-e-ee-ee-ee

Now if I didn't make those Judgments tell me where would I be
Tell me where would I be, tell me where would I be
If I didn't make those choices tell me where would I be
Tell me where would I be, tell me where would I be
If I made different decisions tell me where would I be
Tell me where would I be, tell me where would I be
If I went Right and not Left tell me where would I be
Tell me where would I be, tell me where would I be

What can I say, I get caught, by my eMotions and tHoughts
They got me making these Judgments about what's Right and what's Not
Tell Me what's Good and what's bad, what make me Happy and sad
Is it a function of society to make it a fad
Think about my Dad and my Mother, what they instilled in Me
And now looking back I just wonder, were they limiting Me?
Is it true that the World out there is scary
Or am I living in my head and don't see things clearly
Anymore? I don't know, I'm just lost in delusion

But my homie told me, "Dogg this whole life is illusion
It don't matter what you think, if you Focus you Create it
Your Inner turn to Outer, you will gradually make it
So don't take it for granted, check them Seeds that you done planted
They water with attention, so don't forget the Lesson
If everything is One, and everything is God
Then any Judgment that you've ever made is a façade

Judgments, Judgments, Judgments, Judgments
Judgments, Judgments, Judgments, Judgments
Judgments, Judgments, Judgments, Judgments
Judgments, Judgments, Judgments, Judgments
The Ego in my mind is manifesting all these lies
I'm living just to die, so I can resurrect and fly...
