Stephen The Storyteller - My Words Have Changed

My words have changed
It was envious
Now it's generous
The castles give way
To Cobblestones
It was pompous
Now it's anonymous
The rancor king
Fell to his knees
It was murderous
Now it's amorous
The knight plants
Flowers in the vale
Return to dust
And capture life
Amidst the foggy dew
From space to time
Then back again
Giving the devil his due
It was laborous
Now it's luxurious
The plowman drinks
From the royal vine
It was populous
Now it's spacious
A queen sits alone
On her throne
It was a rigorous
Now it's spontaneous
The chamber is filled
With songs
Dancing thoughts
Of years ago
Waiver with every sign
Follow the alchemists
Transformations
From sand, then sea to sky
From malicious
To precious
Time's golden necklace
From anxious
To slumbrous
Dreams with silver linings
From subterraneous
To spirituous
Seraphims thankfulness
From young to old
To truth untold
My words have changed
From green to gold
My words have changed
