Stickman Cyclops - Patching Another Hole

It's time
To patch
A hole in wall
To do the act again
It's something I do infrequently
But every now and then
You might say, "What's the point?"
Because a new hole will take its place
But it's been more than a few weeks
That when I walked by, it stared me in the face

What sucks is when I patch it
I still know the hole is there
I see a crease, a wrinkle, a bubble
Not sheetrock flat and fair
You might say "Just move away!"
And you won't have to see it anymore
But the holes will follow me
This I know - I've been here before

Patching another hole in the wall
Then perhaps the door
Patching another hole
At least it's not in the floor
