Clouds Above - significance

Speaking to nothing is my gift
Go into the light and feel it's grip
A firm tugging to enlightenment
The slippery slope of life starts with just the tip
Open up your mind
But lock the door from strangers
Keep the bad thoughts out
New thoughts can bring out anger
Alive every day in the plastic box
Alive every day, they need to hear my thoughts
What will the world be without me(probably the same)
What would my life be like if I was never born
How could the world revolve around me (I guess I'm just quirky that way)
If I'm the same as half the kids my age regurgitating
There's a game called life
It doesn't play by the rules
The only rules it plays
Is ones you claim are abuse
I'm playing 4D chess, you're barely playing bejeweled
So claim the world is black and white and pick colors as you choose
This can't be happening to me(I never thought I'd be so lucky)
Cursed with innocence
I don't know what I am and I'm
Afraid if I find out
Consumed by doubt
But never assessing what I'm talking about
Tell me I'm right
Tell me I'm strong
You see what you want
So you can do no wrong
