T-Shelt - The Art of Storytelling

It was a normal Friday night in New Orleans
People drunk as a skunk and high as air Jordan's
Bringing her kids to work like she did everyday
They stay in the back while mom did her ways
The atmosphere was a lil off when she hit the stage
One man there looked to have eyes full of rage
He threw up hundreds while others threw ones
He wore a shirt wit naked girls and handguns
He paid for the VIP room and he wanted Sarah
Demanding she brings wit her an umbrella
Talking bout having a Mary Poppins fantasy
But wants her to dance to Bohemian Rhapsody
After this dance she gets off and collects her check
But he grabs her outside putting his hand round her neck
Then rapes her behind the club, what a sucker
And now Sarah is pregnant from some crazy customer

It's a sad day when the innocent ones get hurt
It has her wondering bout what her life is worth
And these rules of life always seem to get bent
Well let me continue saying the story my friend

Well for 5 months straight she snuck in the club
But tonight left the boss feeling like he got snub
Frustrated by it all he approached Sarah wit a message
Saying that if she came back while she was pregnant
He would hit her in the stomach wit a chair
Then yells at her to grab her kids and get outta here
So she begs him to let her finish the night
But he slaps her across the face and says take flight
So now she is behind the club setting up shop
Giving anyone who come by any kinda job
She does everything in a dim alleyway
Knowing that she'll be doing this for 4 months everyday
From young to old and both men and women
Just making some quick cash is her mission
Cuz in 4 months she will be back stripping
Wit 3 kids and using her job for babysitting

It's a sad day when the innocent ones get hurt
It has her wondering bout what her life is worth
And these rules of life always seem to get bent
Well let me continue saying the story my friend

It's her first day back and it's cowgirls gone wild
Nerves run rampant cuz she should've been retired
Talking to friends bout the butterflies she feels
So they give her some dust from snowmobiles
One fix will cure everything so she does a line
And the DJ's playing Juvenile's rodeo on time
Dressed to impress so she goes out to perform
She feels ready but she doesn't feel her norm
And tonight Sarah gets to working in a cage
Instead of being the main attraction on front stage
Thirty minutes in and she is the most wanted
Heavily requested like she is being adopted
Lap dance after lap dance getting Benjamin's
Moving to the poles to collect dead presidents
Till break time which is very well needed right now
Boss says make it quick so on her tongue she bites down
Tonight she got more money than ever before
So she hits up a street pharmacy corner store
Spend half the profit on some cheap antidote
And the rest on liquor tasting like cantaloupe
Asking Dr. Feelgood for his most potent medicine
Something that'll give her some extreme adrenaline
So the man comes back wit needle in hand
He injects her till a fixation beings to land
She's ready to go back to work and get more money
Strobe lights make her vision get blurry and fuzzy
Hyperventilating as soon as she starts to strip
Nobody's caring they just licking their sick lips
She goes up the pole and then drops to the floor
Dead on arrival thanks to an overdose from before
Another beautiful soul lost due to the street selling
Listen careful to this, it's the art of storytelling
