Picasso's blue period paintings[03:51.70]This song uses the symbolism[03:53.56]Of a painter and his muse[03:55.43]The muse describes how comfortable she is[03:58.33]Revealing herself to her painter[03:59.52]Both physically and emotionally[04:02.02]This plays into the discovery by scientists[04:04.25]Of underlying paintings[04:06.05]Beneath some of Picasso's[04:07.62]Most famous works of art[04:15.57]See You Again was released on 4/30[04:17.75]The angelversary of my husband's close cousin[04:20.56]Who passed away leaving behind[04:22.49]A wife and two sons[04:24.63]I was visited by his cousin in a dream[04:27.05]And woke up in an overwhelming[04:29.04]Flood of tears[04:30.77]This was emotionally the hardest song I've written[04:33.85]I method acted and cried[04:35.97]To the point where I couldn't breathe[04:37.93]In order to write a majority of the song[04:40.33]This was the very first song[04:42.13]That my producer, Lamar and I recorded[04:44.70]We chose to record this song on 4/30[04:47.21]Without realizing that it was his angelversary[04:50.57]That's how I knew[04:51.81]I was in the right place at the right time[04:58.21]Line in the Sand was released on 1/31[05:00.56]Along with the remaining two songs of the album[05:03.33]I chose this date because[05:05.42]It would bring the single, the album[05:08.27]And my 33rd birthday full circle[05:10.25]I wrote the notes that started this song in 2015[05:13.45]When I simply had enough[05:15.86]I drew my line in the sand[05:17.38]But every once in a while[05:18.89]The waves seemed to creep in[05:20.93]And erase the boundary I drew[05:23.38]This metaphorical creation[05:25.01]Is one of just two[05:26.42]Co-written songs on the album[05:28.63]Shoutout to Odalys Pacheco[05:30.21]For this poetic masterpiece[05:36.89]Live My Life is about pursuing[05:38.97]The life of your dreams[05:40.48]And more importantly[05:41.29]Doing what you love[05:42.83]When you follow your dreams[05:44.37]You find your purpose[05:46.16]I believe that the universe[05:47.50]Pulls its strings[05:48.75]And moves mountains[05:49.95]To make it possible[05:51.63]We are spiritual beings[05:52.81]Having a human years[06:38.41]As I near the end of this album's production[06:40.98]My advice to everyone listening[06:42.98]Is to trust that you will have[06:44.43]All the right puzzle pieces[06:46.22]When you are
