Taken from their homeland and dragged across the galaxy
Once treated as a godlike species, reduced to abnormality
Forced into their cages, and taken to the planet above
Degraded, now pawns in the making, never again will they see their beloved

Forced inoculations, to prepare for what's to come
Dropped into an unknown environment, immunosuppressant intervention
Protection of their masses, from their bodies being overrun
By vicious strains of bacteria, that will attack once their work has begun

A chemical reaction, some of them have died
Massive grave sites built, but most survived
Inducted and trained to wield the tools at hand
To terraform the land

Sheep! Manually digging deeply till they bleed, punished up off of their knees
Shape! Shifting tons of soil, scouring through sand, expediently following command

Tearing this Earth into tiny pieces
Extracting elements in an attempt to please them
Not a day goes by without a break
Pushing the species to their limits
Even if it means Extinction

They have no rights, they've all been taken
Tortured from height, their dignities forsaken
Permission granted, to get down on their knees
